Arrival

The first bell rings at 8:35 which is when students can enter the building. 

The second bell rings at 8:45. Parents should walk students in if it is after 8:45 so they can be signed in. They are tardy at this point.

Monty's Morning Show starts at 8:50 and instruction starts right after that.

Dismissal

In the afternoon the first bell rings at 3:15 and the second bell rings at 3:25. 

We ask that any early dismissals occur no later than 3:10. Buses begin arriving so please do not park in the bus loop. 

Car Riders

How to Get a Car Rider Number

Please contact the front office if you’d like to register for a Car Rider number. Each family will sign the car rider contract and receive two numbered tags. Kindergarten students will be issued a matching tag for their backpacks. Please notify the office if you need more than 2 numbered tags.

How/Where to Display a Car Rider Number

Your child/children should commit the number to memory to expedite dismissal.

Your car rider number must be displayed/visible the whole time you are in the car rider line. The number tag (issued by MTES) should hang from the rear-view mirror or be visible on the passenger’s side of the dashboard. If you lose or need a number, please contact the front office.

Car Rider Dismissal Procedures

Please arrive before 3:15 if you are picking up your student as a car rider. If you aren’t in line by 3:30, please park and pick your child up in the office. 

Children will only be permitted to enter a car on the passenger side from the sidewalk.

Please do not pass – stay in the Yellow Striped Area. 

Adults must remain in the vehicle. If assistance is needed, pull all the way to the front of the line and a staff member will help.

In case of a storm, a staff member will be up to notify you that you will be picking up the students in the Bus Loop after all buses have left.  Please wait for communication by a staff member before proceeding to the bus loop.
